Diabetes Support Group

Heart of Florida's Diabetes Support group offers information and support for people with diabetes, and meets 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month, September – May at Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center. Preregistration is required by calling (863) 419-1677.
